A veteran of the insurance industry for over 20 years, Patrick Fesler has specialized in fields of subrogation and fraud investigations. Working in California, Patrick started at the bottom as a subrogation specialist and was quickly promoted to the Director of operations in 1996. He has held numerous positions; private investigator, sales and sales management, claims manager, senior investigator, Director of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of claims with two major insurance subrogation companies and President/CEO of Fescore Incorporated, Trumzon Group Incorporated and TGI Global. Patrick has signed multi-million dollar contracts with some of the top fortune 500 companies in the United States and abroad, including Avis world Headquarters, Alamo Rent a Car, Budget Rent a Car, State Farm Insurance, just to name a few.

Patrick has handled claims and investigations from very well-known celebrities, to four star generals within the Whitehouse. He received his Idaho independent insurance adjusterís license in 2008, received his certification to inspect property in 2010, his Texas all lines catastrophe adjusters license in 2010 and received clearance from the department of Health and Human Services to inspect and investigate facilities that utilize Medicare and Medicaid. Most recently, Patrick effectively sought out and received authorization from the System Awards Management site, via cage code, to be allowed to seek awards for grants and government contracts. As the current President of TGI Global Incorporated, Patrick was systematic in the acquisition of three companies that primarily service the insurance industry and close the service gap on all sides.

Ed Cashman has been a fulltime paid law enforcement officer since 2000. He started his law enforcement career in California where he attended College of the Redwoods POST Certified Basic Academy graduating on the Presidentís Honor Roll. Since then he has investigated and received additional training in variety of crimes including property crimes and crimes against people. As a patrol officer in California Ed has investigated over a thousand property crimes and hundreds of crimes against people including burglary, vandalism, vehicle theft, drug crimes, assault, child abuse, elder abuse, rape, and homicide. During that time he also received specialized training in Crime Scene Investigations, Interview and Interrogation, Child Abuse Investigation, Sexual Assault and Physical Abuse Investigation, Sex Offender Tracking and Registration Enforcement, and Fiduciary Elder abuse. While in California he also served as a Field Training Officer and as a Patrol Sergeant.

In 2006 Ed graduated from Washington State Equivalency Academy and has been continually employed as a law enforcement officer in Spokane County. Since moving to Spokane County, Ed has worked primarily in patrol. He continues to investigate property crimes and crimes against people. Ed has since received specialized training in Basic and Advanced Collision investigation, Identity Theft, Interview and Interrogation, Forensic Child Interview, and completed the National Association of School Resource Officer Basic Academy. For the past several years he has worked primarily as a school resource officer. As a school resource officer Ed has received training in school/site safety and threat assessment. He wrote and implemented one of the first Threat Assessment Policy and Procedures for a large Spokane County school district.
