Why Accent?

The right question is, "Why Not?"

In this economy, common sense tells us that most people shopping for a property inspection, are looking for the lowest price with the best quality.

They automatically assume that the firm and the inspector are licensed. What they don’t realize is that the State of Idaho does not currently require licensing or education requirements for home inspectors. As a result, the inspector you choose based on the inspection price alone could be a felon and you would never know until it is too late!

What sets us apart is the knowledge and "licensing" of our Certified Master Inspector! As a 24 year veteran of the insurance industry, he is a licensed Idaho independent adjuster and a licensed catastrophe adjuster. He is also federally licensed through the department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as a Fraud Prevention Inspector. He also holds a professional license as a private investigator in the city of Coeur d’ alene. He is required to continue his education through CE credits to retain all of his licensing and pass federal background checks every two years.

Our commitment to excellence is only enhanced by our continued quest for knowledge and the honesty, integrity and trust that our inspector has!

So, again we say, "Why Not?"
